Welcome to XpertAIze (the "Platform"), operated by XPERTIZE.MA SARL (hereinafter "XpertAIze," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms govern your access and use of our platform. By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility & Registration

Minimum Age: You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform.

Registration: To use our services, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Registration is free. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Single Account: Each user may only create one account. Creating multiple or fictitious accounts is prohibited.

3. Scope of Service

XpertAIze provides AI-driven recruitment and job-search assistance by identifying suitable roles and facilitating connections between candidates and employers. We do not guarantee job offers, interviews, or employment success.

All services are provided free of charge. Salary benchmarks are provided for informational purposes only and are compiled from information declared by users. We do not guarantee their accuracy.

4. Use of AI & Limitations

AI Accuracy: Due to the nature of artificial intelligence and large language models, our AI may occasionally produce inaccurate or speculative information. Do not regard AI suggestions as definitive professional advice. If you have questions, please contact us directly at info@xpertaize.com.

AI Processing: Our AI analyzes your profile, CV, and preferences to improve matching quality. The AI learns from user interactions to enhance its recommendations.

No Binding Agreements: AI-generated suggestions and recommendations do not create legal or contractual obligations. All formal employment agreements must be made directly with the prospective employer.

5. Introductions & Data Sharing

Automatic Sharing: By creating an account, you acknowledge and agree that we may share your candidate profile and relevant details with potential employers we reasonably believe align with your professional experience, skills, and interests.

Opt-Out Option: You can control how your profile is shared in your account settings. You can change these settings at any time to require explicit consent before any introductions are made.

Revocation: You can withdraw your consent or request to stop sharing your profile at any time by updating your settings or contacting us at info@xpertaize.com.

6. User Content

Your Content: You may upload CVs, profiles, and other files. By uploading, you represent that you have the right to share this content.

License to Use: You grant XpertAIze a non-exclusive, worldwide license to store, process, and share this content for recruitment and related services.

Ownership: We do not claim ownership of your content; however, we may retain copies for as long as your account is active, unless you request deletion.

7. Code of Conduct

You agree not to:

• Submit false or misleading information
• Engage in harassment, hateful speech, or discrimination
• Attempt to disrupt the Platform or violate its security
• Use robots, scripts, or automated processes to access the Platform
• Use Platform data to create competing databases

We reserve the right to investigate, suspend, or terminate accounts at our discretion for violations of these Terms or suspicious behavior.

8. Limitation of Liability

No Guarantee: We provide the Platform "as is." We make no guarantee of job placement, interview success, or any particular outcome from our matching or AI recommendations.

Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, XpertAIze is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including lost opportunities or data) arising from the use of the Platform or reliance on AI outputs, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Reasonable Efforts: We take reasonable steps to ensure AI accuracy but cannot guarantee perfect results due to the inherent limitations of AI technology.

9. Marketing Communications

Consent: By providing your email or phone, you consent to receive relevant job alerts, service updates, or potential future marketing messages.

Opt-Out: You can unsubscribe or opt out of marketing communications at any time by contacting info@xpertaize.com or using an unsubscribe link (if available).

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Jurisdiction: These Terms are governed by the laws of Morocco. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Casablanca, Morocco.

International Users: If you access or use the Platform from outside Morocco, you do so at your own risk and remain responsible for complying with any local laws.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or via a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use after such notice indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
