XpertAIze is operated by XPERTIZE.MA SARL. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms of Service.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the platform. Registration is free, but you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.

Each user may create only one account and is responsible for keeping account credentials confidential.

XpertAIze provides AI-assisted recruitment and career services, including profile analysis, job matching, and career insights.

We do not guarantee interviews, job offers, placements, or any particular professional outcome.

Our services rely in part on AI systems. AI outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or speculative and should be treated as decision support, not definitive advice.

AI-generated suggestions do not create legal obligations or binding commitments between any party.

By using the platform, you understand that relevant profile information may be shared with employers or recruitment partners when this supports the service.

Where settings allow, you may adjust parts of your visibility preferences. Some processing and sharing remain necessary to deliver the service.

You retain ownership of the content you upload, but you grant XpertAIze the rights needed to host, process, analyze, and share that content in connection with the service.

You are responsible for ensuring that any uploaded content is lawful, accurate, and yours to share.

• Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Harass, threaten, discriminate against, or abuse other users
• Attempt to disrupt platform security or misuse the service
• Use bots, scripts, scraping tools, or automated access without authorization
• Reuse platform data to build competing databases or services

The platform is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, XpertAIze is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform or reliance on AI outputs.

We make reasonable efforts to maintain service quality, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or perfect accuracy.

By providing your contact details, you may receive relevant product updates, service messages, or career-related communications.

You can opt out of marketing communications when available or by contacting us directly.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Morocco. Any dispute relating to the platform falls under the competent courts of Casablanca, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes may be communicated by email, in-product notice, or website update.
